"Disappointing stay with poor hygiene, unresponsive service"

During my stay, I requested for a kettle to use in the room. To my shock and disappointment, the kettle provided had termites inside. This is extremely unhygienic. For three consecutive days our room was not cleaned until we requested for cleaning. Due to these problems, we decided to check out earlier, however we were not given refund or compensation.

The kettle provided not clean and hygienic, the rooms was provided with cleaning service. Water usage very limited.

"Nice stay , homely atmosphere. Staff helpful. Washroom needs renovation."

The property provides homely environment and is in very close proximity to the Kamakhya temple. Both owner Roop and his staff were very polite and helpful.

Tin structure cottage. Laminated floor. There is no hanger space. By old cloth assembling made for blanket. No staff for help
