BEACH STAYs

The room was not to the expectation, no hot water available throughout the stay, the reception was very arrogant, poor electricity facility, poor cleanliness, food also bought from outside and pretended as if it was gone made. It's a complete fraud. Don't at all select this property for stay.

The reception was very arrogant on phone, thre rooms were not all upto the mark as per the price charged, no hot water facility available, no cleanliness, no proper service provided, the food was brought ready made from outside and pretended as cooked in house kitchen. It's complete fraud. Not all suggested for stay. The reception arguied that people only book online and they don't come for stay, also that we did not pay advance amount, all this was rediculous, as what is our fault if people book and they don't come, as we had reached the place also the online booking did not require any advance to be paid we paid immediately after reaching the hotel. So it was completely annoying the way we were treated by reception/owner on telephonic talk. Mannerless people.

There were nothing which anyone could like.

Location available at the app is not accurate. The name of the hotel doesn't match, in app it is 'Beach Stay' however actually it is 'Seashore Holidays'. There are some rooms at the ground floor of a residential multistorey building which have no ventilation, AC was good but remote was not there thatswhy we couldn't sleep whole night due to excess cooling. I have asked for chair in room but they refused. Bathroom was not clean and maintained.
