"Good but could have been sensational with a can do approach from luka and his wife"

House was very nicely appointed and comfy on the inside. Very nice touches and high end furnishings. Very spacious plot. Hot tub was lovely. Bedding and bathrooms really nice indeed. Location very convenient with supermarkets, Nin centre both within easy walking distance as was lovely bakery.

The welcome wasn’t great. The pool had sand in it when we arrived and when we mentioned to luka and his wife they were a bit rude & belligerent in dealing with it and no apology & despite promising to get it cleaned next morning it never happened which was very disappointing. Luka’s wife also turned up pretty much unannounced to drop off cleaning equipment the day before we left which we thought was an invasion of privacy given the short/non existent notice. The 2nd bedroom was on a mezzanine level above main bedroom and was borderline dangerous getting up and down narrow steep steps so wasn’t really available. No seating on sun terrace
