Cozy Atlanta Apartment

This is a scam! They lead you to a office lease building where the people say that you have been scammed. After that only automated messages came. DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Property was outstanding, very nice and secure with the gated entrances.

Steady traffic and people through the nights on the streets. Being as you can here it all night made it a little difficult to sleep. Overall would stay here again.

It the apartment looked similar to the picture.

TVs didn’t work with remotes, the bathroom shower was not clean and had hair in it. I had to clean the tub before using it. The fan in bedroom didn’t work. The ad said a private pool was incorrect there was no pool directly attached with private access. The gate that you have to pay to park was damaged and not secure as anyone could walk through it. The lock on the door was malfunctioning due low battery. Fortunately, the host was able to drive over and give me access.

The floors were dirty need mopped , a lil dusty .overall it was ok

Had everything I needed for the week and was convenient.

The pool in the photos was actually about three buildings down and was padlocked the entire week I was there. When I arrived the flat hadn’t been cleaned and was dirty from the previous stay even thought it was after check in and was told I could move to another unit or wait 2 hours for the cleaning

Close to stadiums, walkable.

The hallways were a bit dirty and some towels were wet.

Very Clean and spacious

The location is not safe. Upon arrival at the place we were approached by a man asking for money and he even followed us while we were walking across the street from where we temporarily parked our car to get the key. Also, you can make your instruction and give better directions on how to get the key much clearer. Parking instruction was not clear too. They should tell you that upon registering for parking, it will immediately take effect regardless if you have already arrived or not.
