Staff was friendly..humble

Most of the things were good but for TV connection.

ワンフロアまるまる部屋なので隣の部屋の物音がなくて快適だった。朝ごはんも場所は分かりずらかったが美味しかった。

テレビが見れない。YouTubeやAmazonプライムが見れなかった。

너무 깨끗하고 지내기에 너무 좋았어요. 3박을 했고 친구가 한국에서 와서 새로운 방을 1박 추가했는데 아주 만족합니다. 수화물을 맡겨두고 지방여행을 다니고 있는중입니다. 바라나시 아그라 자이푸르 다시 델리로~~~ 그리고 다시 이호텔로 가서 몇일 더 머물겁니다. 호텔 시스템 그리고 일하시는 스태프들 다 친절하고 좋았어요 강추합니다.

호텔 너무 편하고 좋아요 강력 추천합니다 여행중인데 다시 들려서 숙박할거예요

Focus on the small stuff before going grand. The room was high tech electric curtains etc but the basics are missing - cutlery, hob, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, bare wires hanging from wall

Locked in at night which was a fire risk. The bed was too short, only to our shins, description on Booking.com did not match reality - no terrace/sound proofing…Kitchenette had saucepan but nothing to use it on except microwave!! Toiletry holders rusty. Had to buy toilet rolls. Stains on chaise long, bedding had stains, towels were grubby. Blinds did not block out light. Broken drawer. Bad smell from sinks. Breakfast was awful - dirty tables, not enough tables, cockroaches on serving table. Hotel has multiple names making it hard to return in taxi. Housekeeping requested but did not attend. Staff tended to ignore us.

Huge space to stay in with kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet and private. Good staff and good breakfast.

Durectly above the bedroom, building work was going on until 1:00am in the morning. That was bit of a let down. Otherwise fine.

Wonderful ladt manager Riaa, so warm, professional and welcoming. Good sized room with modern fitting and modest breakfast included.

Need some investment in bathroom area and choice of toileteries as all a little old and not good smell. Bring your own :-)
