Location

The staff(2 men) at the reception desk was very rude, they’re old around their 50s and they do not know how to be polite. They were unwelcoming and not at all helpful. Other staff was nice, the younger one was helpful and polite.

"Great modern place to stay, good facilities and breakfast"

Rooms were very well designed and had all the mod cons. Security felt safe. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for all sights of Delhi

We booked an early morning airport transfer with reception but when we got to reception there was nobody around and the exit doors were locked. It took 30 mins to get attention by banging and shouting. The hotel did try to make things good by offering a free airport transfer. Hopefully this was just a one off.
