This is a first class hotel. The food was exquisite, the staff incredibly helpful and the facilities excellent

Geweldige sfeer, fantastisch personeel, heerlijk eten, prachtig historisch gebouw

Je verwacht zo'n hotel in een landelijke omgeving maar je ligt middenin een treurig industrieterrein (waar je overigens helemaal geen last van hebt)

Exceptionally nice place and food and service were excellent.

Nothing. Bed was a slightly but small but myself and wife are both 6ft so sometimes can’t be helped. Maybe I should have asked for an upgrade from the outset

Beautiful mansion, good breakfast

A bit remote. Fire alarm went on in the middle of the night and ruined my next day

The staff were lovely, everyone was polite and friendly. The cocktails and breakfast were very good, dinner was ok. Good tea and coffee selection in the room.

The room was tired, dated, everything looked cheap and the carpet was so dirty I didn't want to walk on it. Definitely not what you expect from a 4* hotel... Also, pillows were so hard. In addition, wine is absordely expensive for a very average selection.

Friendly staff.

WiFi Internet was very poor, constantly having to re-enter the password, and no security certificate so some sites would not work. Received about 20 emails prior to our visit. Breakfast was mediocre and expensive.
