Locatia fata de piata cetatii. In 3 minute ajungeai in piata si erai totusi la adapost de agitatia de acolo

Scarile de la intrare sunt destul de abrupte insa ne-am descurcat cu atentie si grija :)

Elegant, curat, spatios. Perfect pentru o familie cu copii. Parcarea cu plata este la 50 m de locatie. Recomand!

Locatie buna, in centrul vechi. Mobilier modern.

1. Din pacate am gasit par pe asternuturi, diverse lungimi, pe perne, cearsaf etc. De asemenea firimituri sub cuvertura. Cuverturile nu par a fi spalate de la un turist la altul si sunt puse direct pe cearsaful cu care te invelesti, acesta cred ca a fost motivul pt care am gasit par/ firimituri. 2. Am ramas blocati in afara cazarii, efectiv nu se mai deschidea usa cu toate ca introduceam codul PIN. Gazda nu locuieste in tara si nu avea cum sa ne ajute, singura metoda/sugestie a gazdei pt a deschide usa a fost sa impingem cat putem de tare in usa (si aici ma refer la a o lovi cat putem de tare cu umarul, abia a reusit sa o deschida prietenul meu, altfel ramaneam afara, cu bagajele inauntru, nefiind nimeni care sa ne ajute). 3. De asemenea, prosoapele erau puse direct pe cuvertura, nu mi se pare igienic din moment ce cuvertura in sine nu este curata. 4. Din pacate camera nu se aeriseste corespunzator si este umiditate ridicata in incapere. Exista un ventilator/o aerisire in coltul camerei care face un zgomot puternic de nu poti dormi. Geamurile nu se deschid complet. 5. La zona de kitchineta nu exista chiuveta deci vasele si tacamurile puse la dispozitie nu pot fi spalate, devin practic inutilizabile. Acestea nu pot fi spalate in baie, nu ai cum. Ciuveta din baie arata ok ca design dar nu este practica. 6. Aparatul anti-insecte nu isi face treaba, stateau musculite pe el.. Am avut parte si de un mare paianjen in camera care se ascundea sub plinta de langa pat, de care nu am reusit sa scapam. 7. Terasa din curte/ cea pe care o vedeti in poze este o gluma. Este plin de praf si panze in acea zona, nu o intretine nimeni, nu ai niciun motiv sa stai acolo, arata de parca este parasita. Din pacate nu am exagerat cu nimic in acest feedback, am prezentat totul asa cum a fost. Gazda parea ok la telefon dar nu ne putea ajuta de la distanta in niciun fel (fiind in alta tara) asa ca probabil angajatii nu isi fac treaba si nimeni nu ii poate verifica.

The room we originally booked was not available because of repairs. The owner upgraded us to a better room for no extra charge. No expense was spared in the renovation of this lovely apartment. It’s located right in the heart of the old town and looks like a 200 year old building from the outside. However, the interior features heated tile floors, a large modern kitchen and lovely bathroom and good air conditioning. The furniture and lighting were perfectly chosen to fit the period. We loved the private entry tunnel and private patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. Definitely a gem and one of the best places we’ve stayed in Romania.

Este chiar in centru,se ajunge usor oriunde, iar seara după ora 21:30 e totul liniște, chiar dacă camera noastră era la strada.

Mirosul de pereți vechi , oricât ai aerisi , tot degeaba. Pentru mâini am avut doar un prosop unul foarte mic ( cel tip bideu)pentru doua persoane și doua mari, timp de 4 nopți. Ar fi indicat sa fie mai multe, mai ales când se stau mai multe nopți, pentru necesitatile fiecăruia. Pentru cine folosește bucătăria trebuie sa spele vasele in baie, foarte incomod.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old city, just a few minutes’ walk from the citadel and main attractions. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a warm atmosphere and excellent facilities – a well-equipped kitchen, large modern TV for streaming, and both bath and shower. The loft layout is charming, offering comfortable sleeping spaces both downstairs and in the attic. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, style, and unbeatable location.

Although advertised with free parking, there is actually no free parking anywhere near the apartment. Being inside the Old City means vehicles cannot enter the cobbled area, and parking there can result in fines – we parked nearby and received a police summons. Only paid parking is available outside this zone, a few minutes walk. The loft has many stairs, very steep and harder to climb if you're a bit older... Also some of the stair boards were not attached correctly and we notified the owner of this hazard.

The place is great and so is the host. Casa Maya is close to the city center and the stores and also a few good restaurants. It looks very nice and it has air conditioning, so it's great during the summer, I highly recommend it!

Good location - just a short walk to the Stundturm. Fitted with everything we needed - even coffee (thank you!). Tasteful interior, beautiful handmade furniture. Beautiful and quiet courtyard with 3 separate terraces/sitting areas, so that there is a place for all three units (at the highest terrace, there is even a BBQ). As we were there it was easy to find a parking lot near the apartment; parking is cheap (23 Lei/day) and easy with the TPark-App. Instructions came at a good time and were understandable.

(we had the apartment) we could only open the bedroom windows, after the café on the other side closed (at around 10pm) because their ventilation system was so loud. I would have wished for a less cold and direct light there.
