Open cereal not good at all

The carpets were rather dirty. There is a bad smell in the toilets probably drains but it was bad

Very spacious, clean and had everything you need, from hot drinks (coffee/hot chocolate pods) and towels. Very comfortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious, and very comfortable clean bedding. Bathroom was spotless, and all was beautifully designed. Central to the town centre, everything on the doorstep. And a little down the road, a lovely common/woodland to explore. The pantiles have a lovely range of shops and cafes. Hastings is only a 45 minute drive, and not to far from bewl water, where we did a day of water sports. Host was very happy to help if needed.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about this property.

Provided a bed for group of 4 and 2 dogs when rainstorms cancelled out camping. Host was very helpful.

Location pretty grim. Behind a pub, dirty alley, urine smell, bins, rough sleeper. Basement living area.

Very central location convenient if visiting tunbridge wells for the evening.

We felt unfortunately it wasn't good value for money. The interior was scruffy in places, with rubbish left from previous guests. The front door didn't seem secure (you can see daylight between the door and the frame).

The location was excellent, very central, and the apartment itself exceeded my expectations. Looked newly decorated, had all the facilities I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.

I cannot fault my stay.
