USBeds are so comfy. Hot tub was amazing!! Secluded. Very clean.
USThat it was a cabin in the mountains.
Wasn't ready upon arrival. 2 1/2 hours later, it was cleaned. Cleaning crew made a surface clean but the floors were not clean. Overall upkeep was not good. Cabin didnt feel clean--smell!! There were Odor Ban boxes, was not a pleasant odor.

USI liked how secluded you were. The hot tub was great, and the cabin overall was fine. Comfy bed in the master suite.
The washer and dryer didnt work properly. I had to manually make it run through the cycles. If I hadn't, it would make a constant noise and not do anything. Because of this, it ended up ruining a shirt of mine, and stained the towels. The cleanliness could have been better, I constantly had dirty feet walking through the house (obviously this is housekeepers, not the owner). Wifi never worked but I had service the whole time which wasnt an issue.
USI liked that Amy would not give up on giving us one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. She met every challenge with promptness and professionalism. This is our 4th time renting from her and there will be many more.

Dishwasher did not work Buggie Steep stairs Limited hot water
USI liked how secluded it was and quiet the area was.
House was dirty, dishwasher looked like something blew up in it, sheets had stains, finger or toe nail clippings still in jacuzzi, back door deadbolt lock screws were loose I had to use one of my keys to tighten it, didnt feel that safe. As of writing this review its almost been 1 week since my visit and staff said they're "still trying to get booking to refund my stay".
