Great location and well set up. Friendly welcome, easy access and clean room.

Would have liked a better choice at breakfast, particularly the bread for a breakfast sandwich. Didn't think brioche bun as the only option was ery appealing.

It’s a great location, clean, good (enough) value for Oxford.

Heating insane. No control. Luckily cold night so could leave windows open.
