Apia Villas

We really enjoyed our stay at Apia Villas! The villa was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a lovely pool and peaceful surroundings. The host was wonderful and very helpful. The location is easier by car than on foot, but it makes the setting quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to return!

The bed wasn’t our favorite, though that can be a matter of preference.

Exceptional Villa in the fantastic city of Tolo Sotiris the host was fantastic from before our stay, communicating lots of information to ensure we had the best stay possible. Even greeting us laye at nigbt to welcome us to the villa. 2 large bedrooms, with an option for another bed should you require it. Great view from the living areas and pool. The pool was maintained well and at a good temperature. Highly recommend your stay when coming to Nafplio/Tolo.

This is an extraordinary place! Insane view, fully equipped, brand new villa. We loved it! Sotiris, the host, is very kind and helpful.

The villa is located high on the hill, a very steep climb. Take into consideration that it could be a bit difficult for weak engines or somewhat stressing for some drivers.

He was incredibly helpful and always available for anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great if you're traveling by car, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being quiet and private. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway. We’d definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Apia Villa! The villa was spotless, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. Our host was simply amazing, warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left with only great memories. Highly recommend Apia Villa to anyone looking for the perfect stay, we will definitely be back!

La vue est magnifique, la gentillesse et disponibilité de Sortiris, les petites attentions à notre arrivée (confiture, café, eau…)

Όλα ήταν τέλεια , ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και η πισίνα μεγάλη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες και τον Σωτήρη ο οποίος είναι πάντα ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει !!!!

Apia Villas provides a serene environment, offering breathtaking views of Tolo. Mr. Sotiris, a gracious host, provided valuable recommendations for local shopping and dining. Furthermore, the establishment thoughtfully provides complimentary water and homemade jams sourced from the village.

Beautifully presented with one of the most amazing views we have had. Sotiris, our host was extremely attentive, helpful and quick to respond. We plan to return next Spring
