Very nice cozy warm clean cottage and well equipped. Good shower and comfy beds. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Peak District.

There is a Nespresso coffee macine but no capsules available.

Location. Surroundings. Tasteful and comfortable decor. Internally spacious. Well equipped. Externally tennis and fire corner.

Frying pan was the only downside. For a ceramic hob you need pots /pans with a flat base, ideally heavy for even heating. The pan is past its best with a concave shape, effectively useless.

What a beautiful cottage. It was clean, well equipped and cozy. The owners were super helpful and provided us with a wide variety of welcome items including bread, milk, eggs and butter. The beds were comfortable, the sitting room was inviting with a welcoming log burner. We will definitely return.

Such a well presented little house, really gorgeous and very comfortable indeed, beds very comfy, good showers, had so many little extra touches, the weather wasn't good so sadly we didn't make use of the outdoor area but that would be fabulous in dry weather. Sam came to make sure everything was ok and the little hamper of goods was very welcome indeed, perfect stay.

A lovely, warm cottage in the Peak District. We stayed in the Hay Loft and it felt homey. It's very nicely decorated, the kitchen has all that you need, it's clean and has a lovely view. We'll probably be back as it's ideally situated in the Peak Distict.

It's an excellent stay. The only thing to keep in mind for tall people (I'm 184cm and my husband is 195cm) is that you can't really sleep in the same bed. We knew that up front (we have this 'problem' in almost every country) and booked the cottage with two bedrooms. For most people this won't be a problem though!
