A demas de la puntuación ya indicada, quiero recomendar este lugar porque Franchesco, nuestro anfitrión, nos recibió muy amablemente, nosotros llegamos unas horas antes del horario del chek in y nos permitió dejar las valijas en el lugar, a demás un dia nos agasajó con un tiramisú riquísimo hecho por él mismo y frutas de estación, siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitemos y a disposición para con nosotros durante nuestra estadía...muy recomendable, la ubicación del departamento es excelente para pasear unos días por la bella Siena. Volvería a ese lugar.

Casa Sophia, maravillosa. Un edificio antiguo reciclado, ver sus antiguas vigas, puertas, el buen gusto en la decoración. Está tan bien decorada, con todo lo necesario como si estuvieras en casa, haciendo tu estadía super cómoda, y recreando la vista con tantos detalles, cerca de todo( a metros del duomo y plaza del Campo, supermarket, etc). Agradecidas a Giacomo por tanta simpatía y atenciones, con respuestas inmediatas ante consultas. Gracias Giacomo por tu generosidad. Super recomendable. Si volviesemos ni duraríamos de alejarnos nuevamente en casa Sophia

The property is well situated in the historic centre and very quiet at night.

Being in the lower part of an ancient building we found it rather dark (despite the skylight).

Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicinissima a Piazza del Campo e a tutti i punti di interesse della città, molto silenzioso. La camera ha una bella vista sul verde, il bagno è abbastanza ampio. Giacomo è una persona squisita e ci ha accolto benissimo, mette a disposizione anche cialde di caffè e tè ed è disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Bisogna sapere che l'appartamento si trova ad un piano interrato e ci sono diverse scale per raggiungerlo.

Abbiamo trovato il materasso della camera piuttosto scomodo.

El apartamento es lindo, tiene suficiente espacio, y muy cerca de lugares de interés. Además es muy fresco, no tuvimos la necesidad de usar el aire acondicionado 😊

Fantastic apartment with a quirky touch.

There was a bit of a glitch initially with accessing the unit upon our arrival due to language barrier but it was remedied quickly. Its a charming and eclectic apt. with great location being right behind the Duomo and has a beautiful view from the lovely bedroom. The host has provided everything in the unit you could need with a cute well stocked kitchen area. We loved our stay!

The apartment was located very near the Duomo (probably within 100 meters) and the historic center of Siena. It was beautifully decorated, including plenty of bird scultures and paintings, as well as photographs of Italian cinema stars. It was very clean, reasonably spacious, and well-stocked with basic kitchen amenities. It was also very quiet at night, not being on or even very near any street. View outside the bedroom window (the only window looking outside) was spectacular. The apartment owner/manager was very gracious and helpful, before my arrival and also while I stayed there.

There were about 2 stories' worth of stairs to get to the apartment, including 3 or 4 steps from the front door to the main floor of the apartment. Lighting was good enough to see all steps well. It is fine if you're comfortable on stairs, but would be a challenge for someone not comfortable on them.
