Luxury Apartment Magnolia Terrace

The apartment itself was so welcoming! the apartment has everything you need! There is a cafe about 50 feet away! perfect to get a small pizza, a pastry, coffee or a drink. The grocery store is 6 mins away. Easy to get to and has anything you would want to eat or drink. the bus stop is at the end of the block to go to FCO or into Rome. the apartment is wonderful you will enjoy your stay .

I can’t think of a thing and I was there for 10 days.

The apartment is great, you'll find everything you need here. The kitchen is not very big but has most of the essentials, there's a supermarket right around the corner, the neighborhood is very quiet and only the locals live there. The double bed is very comfortable, we had some super nice sleep here. The small balcony was also very cute, when the sun is not too strong you can have a nice breakfast outside. Our host Alessandro was very helpful as well. The small town of Fregene also is very tranquil. 15 min walking to one of the best-equipped beaches I've ever visited, and the water in September was still very warm. Was a real pleasure staying here overall.

Really liked most of our stay here, the only problem which is not really related to the apartment, is that we struggled A LOT to find the Cotral bus that runs from the airport to Fregene. We've asked 5 different bus drivers at the airport and ppl at the info desk and nobody really knew where to take the bus. The worst thing was that the bus stop sign was super small in the airport, and it doesn't show ANY information on the destinations, schedules, where to buy tickets. Luckily we came across a Cotral bus driver in the end so we managed to take the bus 3 hours after we landed. So for anyone who would like to stay in Fregene, make sure to look for a BLUE Cotral Bus Sign in the airport, otherwise you'll spend the whole day feeling trapped in the airport (and the taxis don't even go anywhere but Rome). Or better yet, just rent a car and drive to Fregene, because you shouldn't count on the Cotral bus to arrive at the time Google indicated. Also, the mosquitos are very aggressive in Italy in general, the moment we stepped into the apartment each of us got four big bites that itches us for days. Make sure you buy a nice mosquito spray in the local supermarket!
