Location was fantastic - so close to city centre with added benefit of parking spaces Property manager was very helpful

Described on booking.com as ‘wheelchair accessible throughout the unit’ but there is a step down to the kitchen from the dining area, no disabled access to a bathroom on the ground floor and no access at all to second floor for wheelchair user En suite bathroom in larger bedroom could do with a shower

nothing to complain about ,it was very well equipped . although the step from dining room into kitchen could do with a mat there ,as my sister slipped on the step and fell ,luckily she is ok ,just a bit bruised …

It’s central location.

The property was dirty. My bedding was very badly stained. I found clean bedding and changed the bed. The kitchen was filthy. One other bedroom had a very dirty on suite. Being February you would expect the place to be warm . It was freezing it took a long time to heat up. There were 2 radiators that didn’t work. We noticed that the place has been sold so we guess they have lost interest.

Cleanliness There was no milk as stated. Very little toilet rolls
