Carol Lodge

The room was quite basic, but very clean and great value. There is a shared bathroom which has everything you need should you forget anything. It's the same the in the kitchen, which is well stocked and you can use whatever you like; the fridge and cupboards are well stocked with all the basics you need. If you are looking for a more recognised brand of hotel, this isn't for you; however, overall I have no complaints at all.

Personally, I don't have any, but it was a bit strange that you don't get a front door key. I assume however, that this may be a security measure and there was always somebody on hand to open the door.

My 2nd time at Carol lodge. Stayed again for Wimbledon. Nice clean spacious room. Good host and breakfast provided. Location was very good for links to tube and rail. Decent neighbourhood.

Sorry but would have liked a wash basin in the room as there was a shared toilet and washing facilities .. house and room smaller than pictures show

Carol was very welcoming & the location was excellent for Wimbledon .
