Ine remote didnt have batteries. But i took them from the comunial remote. Not a problem.

False accusation of having smoked indoor (signs are placed everywhere in the property warning not to do so) asking for an additional 100pounds charge - Wonder if Booking.com could just crosscheck how many customer received the same claim after checking out - what a farce

We booked a transfer from airport to the hotel and was told it was £5. When we rang for collection we were told it had to be cash. There is no mention of this on the confirmation. No ATMs were available at the airport after 2 hours of walking up and down we had to book another hotel

It was near the airport

Tiny shower room. No room to move. Lighting in room flashing lights...used a tiny lamp.

I booked this place by mistake, I was looking at another place & must have clicked the link by mistake. To be fair the place is probably perfect for a quick stop/link to the airport but as a place to relax, not so much. Beds are comfy

Room 1, where I stayed, has the corner of the room cut out to allow access to the shared toilet, bathroom & room with a kettle & microwave (in no way is it a kitchen or even kitchenette, you cannot cook anything) the big issue is when the people in room 2 go through to this area, the light shines into room 1 & you can hear everything. The lights in room 1 do not work properly, out of the 4 on the ceiling, 1 comes on, a 2nd flickers & the other 2 nothing. Wifi is patchy at best.
