San Antonio Summerland

A személyzet, tisztaság, reggeli valamint a medence és annak a területe. A szállodát újítgatják (ami elkészült az nagyon szép). Külön kiemelném a mosolygós, udvarias személyzetet, nagyon szépen köszönöm :) Bátran ajánlom, van a szállodának busza, amivel 5-6 perc alatt a városba lehet menni. (Napközben páros órában 2 óránként, este pedig óránként, ez nagyon hasznos volt számunkra).

A szubjektív véleményem, ha legközelebb mennék biztosan magasabb kategóriájú szobát választanék (superiorban voltam). Zsúfolt volt, átgondolatlan, nem volt hova teregetni, kevés volt a tárolóhely. A bútorok lábára kellene tenni valamit a zajcsökkentés miatt. Egy forgalmas útra nézett a szobánk (lehetett hallani de nem volt vészes). Csukott ablaknál semmi nem hallatszott be. A szálloda egy domboldalon található (lefele nem gond, felfelé csomagokkal, nagyon durva) :)

The worst night of my life in a supposedly five-star hotel. Unfortunately, I booked two nights at this hotel with the intention of resting and relaxing. However, my experience turned out to be exactly the opposite. After returning late from exploring the town, I found myself having to sleep on a mattress that was completely uncomfortable, deformed, and badly sagging. Given the late hour when we arrived and discovered the issue, there was nothing I could do but spend the night there. Early the next morning, I went to file a complaint. Although the receptionist was very polite, her response was completely inappropriate and disappointing. Instead of addressing the problem and assuming accountability of the situation, she proceeded to give me a “lesson” about the mattress brands used by the hotel, seemingly trying to justify the poor condition of my mattress by explaining that it was supposedly an eco-friendly mattress. At that moment, that was the last thing I was interested in hearing. I was simply expecting a proper bed and mattress in what is advertised as a five-star hotel. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the receptionist’s response, the hotel manager approached me and offered to move me to a different room. During our conversation, she acknowledged that the mattress was indeed in poor condition because it had not received the necessary maintenance and care over time. Ironically, thanks to the receptionist’s “mattress lesson,” I discovered that the hotel uses different types of mattresses depending on the room category selected by the guest. However, I find it quite concerning and questionable that a hotel of this category offers noticeably different mattress quality depending on the room rate paid. Regardless of the room category, every guest should be able to expect a comfortable, properly maintained mattress and a good night’s sleep—especially in a hotel that claims to provide a five-star experience.

Είναι τέλειο το ξενοδοχείο. Με πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρά, πολύ ωραίο φαγητό και στο πρόγευμα και το εστιατόριο. Τέλεια και άνετα κρεβάτια. Πολύ ωραία ήσυχη τοποθεσία με 5 λεπτά απόσταση από το κέντρο.

Όλα είναι υπέροχα και όλοι οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου με απλά λόγια επαγγελματίες σε αυτό που κάνουν. Σίγουρα η πρώτη επιλογή μας αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί.
