New, fresh, clean, roomy. Very attentive staff. The continental breakfast was nicely presented and quite tasty.

Although the outdoor seating was very comfortable we would have liked more comfortable places to sit in the room. The shampoo in our room was empty but the lady behind the desk seemed to have no way to deal with it until the next day.
