I stay here at least once a month. staff is very nice. I Always get the same room 104. it near ice machine, close to office. quiet. never had A problem.

wish they had bagels or English muffins even yogurt. something not sweet

There was a sticker from someone's new clothes that was stuck on the comforter :(

They charged my card twice. When I questioned it the 1st time the lady talked to me very condescending and I was told my card was only charged once. She said you can dispute it with your bank and gave me a receipt with the managers card. When I checked my account while on the cruise it was charged twice with two different charges. I went back and asked for the manager who she claimed wasn't in. She looked into it and stated your card was charged twice cause you booked two rooms. I stated I did not book two rooms.. Then she said one was cancelled all while stumbling over her words. She thought she was going to hold on to the receipt so I asked for it back and was given verification that the money was put back on my card. I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP THEIR ROOMS ARE I WILL NEVER BE GIVING THEM ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY FOR THEM TO TRY AND STEAL FROM ME AGAIN.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable.
