Friendly staff decent rooms good value for money

Mattress has scratched all my knee could do with new pillows

I did not like anything about my stay some of my family members who was with me had to leave due the coldness and damp and smell

Leak in roof in one of the rooms smelt of damp feaces smudge on walls no heating so was in cold couldn't contact the owner and owner wasn't about in another room the window could not close due to being to small for fitting shower would not work was just trickling and damp and mold in rooms in the third room there was damp and mold in bathroom roof tiles all broke and holes everywhere and lip gloss smudge on walls. People arguing most of night slamming doors

Was ok for the night

Window in room was broke and couldn't shut so room was really cold. Was told from across road which room to go to then was no one around to see whole tym being there no WiFi details Was half can of drink dwn side of bed

The room was cold not heating window would not shut

The fact that the manager was absolutely fine

The fact that when we got there the beds was unclean had rubbish underneath the bed. The wall was all burnt. Window didn’t even close properly. The bedding was unclean and there was cracks all over the wall.

Nothing the room was digusting,

The room wasn’t up to standard,windows didn’t close the windows couldn’t see out of as too dated,bunkbeds were falling apart the room was bad all round
