Mishthana Canal Resort

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier. Das Grundstück hat ein riesigen Garten mit verschiedenen Früchten, die dort angebaut werden. Zur Begrüßung haben wir sogar einen selbst gemachten Saft bekommen. Das Haus ist super schön und das Zimmer ist wirklich groß. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die Dusche war eine der besten, die wir auf unserer Reise in Sri Lanka hatten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder auszuleihen. Wenn wir noch mal nach Bentota kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall noch mal hier übernachten.

This was our second time staying at Mishthana Canal Resort, and it truly felt like coming back home. The peaceful surroundings, comfortable and spotless rooms, and the warm hospitality from the staff made our stay so special. For the price, everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Diese Unterkunft hat sein eigenen Charme. Das Haus gehörte dem Großvater der damals sehr wohlhabend war. Sehr hohe decken und großzügige Räume. Der jetzige Besitzer hat es vor kurzem renoviert und ich bin begeistert von seinem Still Bewusstsein. Er hat viele Elemente aus der Zeit vom Großvater stillvoll beibehalten. In allem ist die Hingabe zum Detail zu spüren. Das ist es was mir sehr gefällt und wieso ich mir überhaupt erst die Zeit nehme dies hier zu schreiben.

Everything was perfect! The hospitality, cleanliness, and peaceful surroundings were beyond our expectations. A truly relaxing stay — highly recommended! Everything was exactly as advertised on Booking.com, with no surprises. What you see is truly what you get — or even better!

The house is really good, the rooms are huge and clean.

What I liked most was the kindness of friendliness of the fellow local tourists who stayed with us. There were three ladies who became very friendly with us and we shared our food with them. It was a unique experience.

The owner of the place had been too much friendly with us. He himself offered drinks, went shopping to buy the ingredients and extended the invitation for us to join with him in his endeavors.

The hosts are very nice and committed towards hospitality. The property was stunning, nestled near nature, rich in heritage, and featuring retrofitting. Wonderful host, incredibly kind people, and very considerate. Srilankan breakfast was the star. loved the food, taste, hygiene.
