Haku Hostel

The staff always had smiles on their faces and were Reay to help you at any second. It was a safe and comfortable stay in the amazing san blas area which offers amazing view points, cafes, restaurants, bars and many shops. Luis was very kind and spoke amazing English. He always offered assistance and was kind. Thank you Luis.

I absolutely loved this hostel. I love the location, the rooms, the showers, the shared spaces, but most importantly the staff! The owner is super friendly and nice, and she will go above and beyond for her hostel guests. She has plenty of experience and she can give you excellent and detailed recommendations about Cuzco and surrounding areas. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

New hostel with an amazing common area consisting even of sunbeds and a great view over the city. Jorge was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of tips!

Staff were lovely, I enjoyed talking to all of them. They were great with helping to organise a tour and were flexible when I needed to change nights. The common spaces are really nice, there's a great view from the top of the common area and I like the balcony. The reception is manned 24/7 so it's easy if you need to get up early for trips or arrive late. The beds in the dorms are very private, with sockets and a light, as well as a curtain and there were good lockers to store your stuff.

I don't think the bathrooms were cleaned or the bins emptied in the four days I was there. Only when I pointed it out were the bins emptied, but they were immediately full again as there were quite a lot of people in one dorm. The bathrooms also ran out of toilet paper. I'm also not convinced the sheets were fresh as they had quite a lot of someone's hair on them and there was a blood stain on the blanket.

Lovely hostel, I like everything. Staff are very nice people always with smile. Breakfast is good. Beautiful also morden-inca-style decorations. Visa credit card is accepted.

The staff was friendly and they have evening activities.

The hostel is located in a dark narrow street, so no Taxi/Uber can bring you there which makes it difficult to arrive at night or leave in the early morning. The bathroom was not very clean and the breakfast was only a toast with butter and jam. But the worst thing was that there were bed bugs in my bed :(
