The layout of the villa is perfect. It is very private and quiet. The place is cleaned regularly with really friendly staff. There is a nearby cafe that will deliver food and beverages to the villa. There is also a convenient store 5 minutes away from the location. The owner is very accommodating and referred a driver for transport to the airport.

There are still some construction ongoing at the entrance of the area so it was quite dusty and the road was rough. Location is close to the beach but you would need to walk along the road without sidewalks so it can be dangerous at night.

Inside layout was beautiful, but external layout is still under construction. Facility is clean and comfortable, just quite far from most things, but this meant it was quieter from the busier areas.

Not much to do or see around the area itself, and everything is at least a 5 min ride out of town.
