The place was tacky, from reception to room. Bathroom awful, a long way from bedroom. TV not working

The access to rooms should have been guarded by a security. Reception is way inside - the lifts are out in the open.

Did not have breakfast as had an early flight.

The bedding had dirty stains on it and hair:(. The good thing was when we complained, the staff brought fresh bedding, but to my horror, the sheets had old stains of blood:( and dirt:( This ruined the entire stay which otherwise was very convenient as near to the airport. And the apartment was clean otherwise, but not a plate or spoon or anything, despite having a kitchen.

I reserved a room with air conditioning, but upon check-in, I was given a room without AC. When I inquired about it, I was told that this was the last available room and there was nothing they could do. This made me question the purpose of my reservation. They asked me to wait for half an hour, but within 15 minutes, they moved me to a room with AC. When I checked in, it was 2AM, and I was exhausted, having to insist on getting the room I had paid for.

It is an apartment with one bed room with attached bath room +dining room and an extra room intended for kitchen which was not useful to normal guest. Everything fine and just 4km near to Airport. No need to pay toll.

Restaurant can be much improved as we were not able to sea is service from outside.
