GBEverything was fantastic. Lovely location near the beach and a short walk to Lavagna and Chiavari centre. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it had all the essentials as well as a lovely balcony. Comfy bed. The host sent clear instructions making check-in super easy. It was a perfect stay that's for sure.

CHVery cozy apartment equipped with everything one might need during a stay. The owner is approachable and was nice to give recommendations not only for the neighborhood, but also for the surrounding villages. Huge private terrace is perfect for the late night dinner with a view of the night city
CAMarco was very organised and had a bunch of videos available via What's App to help share information on how to access his property as I had requested a self-check-in due to my late arrival. The unit was very clean and the bedroom was big. The shower was however a bit small which is something to keep in mind if more room is needed. Water bottles, towels, and kitchen items were provided (utensils, cups, plates, etc.) and a fridge was available. I had pizza for dinner just around the corner which made it very easy. Parking was easily accessible and free next to the apartment building. Marco checked in with me throughout the evening to make sure I had everything I needed. I was also given the key to access the rooftop to watch the sunset.
I hadn't checked the location of the apartment properly so it was quite far from where I intended to go, and the highway accessing the location had tolls. Other than that, the apartment was easy to find and my GPS brought me there with no issues whatsoever. The tourist tax to pay was 8 Euros, which is by far the most expensive I have seen across Italy.
