Barely any breakfast available the truck didn't come they said .no bowels sugar ECT

TV didn't work toilet not great

The managers at this hotel were rude and not helpful.

Was giving a very awful stinky dirty room to change the rooms the other room was not as clean, television has a lot of issues I recommend it and want to stay there sorry I wouldn't time for them to get their act together they're in business.

Dad especially housekeeping I figured few of them need to be terminated from their position as maybe they'll take their job a lot more serious it's so sad good help is very hard to find.

We had an issue with people up above us pacing back and forth stomping bouncing or jumping up and down on there bed so we called the front desk 3 times and the staff said they would talk to them but that didn't work so we called the police twice and the first time the cop said that staff told them that there wasn't anyone up above us then the second time the cop said they already talked to the people up above us but they continued making noise for about another half an hour then they finally stopped! The next morning I went downstairs to get ice and one of the staff told me that they get charged $250 every time the police are called and told me there not going to extend our stay because we called the police twice! This is wrong if staff can't control the situation I have the right to call the police! We were up until 5am because of the people upstairs, but staff let us switch rooms until our reservation was done!

Staff's attitude about the situation that was mentioned earlier! Some staff are great but there are others that made a mistake on our last stay we were supposed to have 8 night stay because she said that Agoda canceled so we redid our reservation and was only able to do 6 days and the next morning I found the other reservation and they wouldn't accommodate our earlier reservation!

It was in the best area for living shopping and transit to go about the are of Roseville MN, and to be connected to the other cities with just an hop skip and an jump REALLY if needed to be without an Uber or lefty for lime e-scooter was available with in 8 minutes could have been in 5 other cities or towns near Roseville.

Rooms was never fully cleared or cleaned and when asked to change it was an small issue due to what is done after and before that facts of house keeping and the amount of people to do the work or duties thru the day for such things etc...

The rooms smell bad the heat didn't work the tv didn't work it needs to be updated I thought I was sleep n 1973 just god awful I wouldn't send my enemies there
