A localização do apartamento é muito sossegada e tem bastante espaço à volta para passear os animais. É muito perto de tudo o que importa na Charneca da Caparica. O apartamento é espaçoso e o pátio é muito agradável. Está dotado de tudo o que é necessário.

Os funcionários são especiais no que diz respeito a recepção, muito prestativo e acolhedor

We never stayed in this property as the host informed us the day before check in that the people renting the place before us had destroyed several things in the house not making it an option to stay there. As it was last minute I didn't have a chance to find something similar in the same area (the host offered all the money back or for us to stay in another property of theirs) we had no other choice than accept the other apartment. I live in Lisbon but my parents where visiting from Sweden and a big reason I had choosen a place out in Aroeira was to enjoy the beaches of Costa Caparica, as I have a dog it's important for me to be in areas that are dog friendly and easy access. The apartment in Aroeira also had an terrace and as I was working a bit, I wanted an outdoor space to enjoy during my working hours. Nevertheless with the swap of apartments we ended up in Cascais, completely opposite direction in an apartment that was indeed central and newly remodeled with more ACs than the property we booked but no outdoor space. Cascais and Sintra area is also not as dog friendly as acrross the bridge so we ended up spending a lot of money going over to Costa Caparica to be on the beach with my dog. The apartment itself was nice but we were missing and outdoor space to relax and have dinner at so we ended up going out much more than we wanted for food. I know the host did what they could to help us have a stay last minute and I am appreciated of that, they were always available and very friendly and service minded. But I must say that not having the property we originally booked and not being in the area I originally planned for my parents to be in made our vacation together not as I expected and a bit more complicated. For the future I hope this will not happen for any other guests and I wish them well in having better guests in their properties not destroying their apartments and changing other guests travel plans.

I didn't like that we had to switch places last minute but it was out of our control and that the area we ended up in instead was not as easy accessible for someone that is a dog owner like me and have a dog that enjoys the beach as much as I do.

Очень приветливый хост. Оперативно отвечал по всем вопросам. Не было проблем с заселением и выселением. В жилье было все необходимое для проживания, помещения были чистыми, есть приятная барбекю зона и джакузи во дворе. На районе есть магазины, аптеки и кафешки в шаговой доступности. Мы остались довольны проживанием. Большое спасибо хосту Manuel. Рекомендую это место.
