Casa Bellis

Location was excellent. Very close to historic area and bus stops. Only 6-7 blocks to train station. Very spacious, comfortable layout, bright. Has A/C but we didn’t need it because there was a very nice breeze with windows and balcony doors open.

On a major road so there is a good bit of traffic noise day and night. Bring earplugs if you are sleeping in the bedroom facing the balcony. The French door to the small balcony in the kitchen needs to be fixed. Scrapes against the floor, very difficult to open and close. Recycling/trash containers very confusing. There was no trash container in the kitchen so we used the organic waste receptacle for all our non recyclables.

Dated, kitchen door was difficult to open and close and 2nd shower was not draining well.

Very clean, spacious an had all the facilities u need, the washing machine was a plus

We would of liked a toaster to toast bread for breakfast
