Novotel Tbilisi Center

The lady at the reception was very polite and professional. The breakfast was varied and good, but they didn’t have a good coffee machine and the coffee was not of good quality. The location was excellent for accessing tourist attractions, but the street in front of the hotel was unpaved and not asphalted.

My brother and I traveled from London and my parents came from Iran to Georgia so we could meet each other, the lobby guards didn’t speak English and behaved very rudely, as if they were the managers of the hotel. We ordered food through room service, but it was served very cold and was extremely overpriced.

According to the description, all hotel rooms have a balcony. However, when you enter the room, the balcony door is locked, and guests are not allowed to use it. As a smoker, it’s very uncomfortable to have to go outside every hour just to smoke. Therefore, the hotel does not match either its description or its price.

The hotel was new, modern and very cozy. The location of it is excellent. Walking distance to the centre and old town. Close to the hotel are many shops, bakeries, etc. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is just amazing. We really enjoyed the stay and we surely will repeat.

Everything, the amazing boutique hotel, the clean rooms, the perfect service especially from a girl named Keto at the reception, an amazing girl who even made us return to this hotel several times! A luxurious and rich breakfast

המלון היה חדש לגמרי ועדיין במהלך בניה למרות זה לא שמענו כלום ! מאוד נקי הצוות נהדר !

לא היה מתלים במקלחת לתלות בגדים , היה רצוי שיהיה כיסא ושולחן במרפסת לשבת ולא רק לעמוד

عجبتني النظافة و الفندق جديد وفيه شطاف وهذا مهم بالنسبة للعرب والمسلمين

أولاً: عدم وجود عمال يساعدون النزيل بالحقائب وعدم تقدير الظرف الصحي للنزيل، يعني مو كل شخص قادر يدفع شنطه بمفرده خصوصاً النساء. ثانيا: الموقع لم يعجبني الفندق بعيد عن كل شي مع ذلك انا احب المشي لذلك كنت اتمشى من الفندق الى وسط تبليسي. ثالثا: الموظفين لا يبتسمون وطلبوا مني ان ادفع 150 لاري مقابل late check out مع أن الفندق لم يكن فيه ناس ولا موسم ولا ممتلئ لذلك هذا استغلال
