Удобное расположение, отель новый , номер был чистым; персонал на ресепшен вежлив .

Несмотря на чистоту номера , на полотенцах и халатах были волосы от прежних гостей , это очень неприятно ; Во вторых хотелось бы отметить то, что при заезде вам никто не помогает с багажом. Работник отвернулся и пошел в другую сторону увидев меня с багажом .

Neat and clean

מלון חדש יפה ונקי. חדרים נעימים בגודל סביר. החדר עם תאורה מצויינת ולא חשוך כמו מלונות רבים. צוות מסביר פנים. מיקום כחמש מאות מטר מהעיר העתיקה (אזור מרחצאות הגופרית, הרכבל ל-"אמא גאורגיה", שייט בנהר ועוד). מאתיים מטר מהמטרו.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה ולא יותר (בהתחשב שישראלים לא אוכלים נקניקיות ובישולים על הבוקר). קפה סביר, הקפה הטוב הוא בתשלום. הכניסה לחניה של המלון צרה ומאתגרת וצריך להזהר לא לגרד את הרכב בקירות (אני גירדתי...) ההערה הבאה היא דווקא לא בקטע של לא אהבתי. האזור בפעם הראשונה נראה סלמס אבל כשאתה יוצא מהמלון והולך ברגל אתה מגלה שזה אזור עם מלא במסעדות קטנות ונחמדות, ומאוד צבעוני בערב.

The building was ok.

Our stay at Novotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a genuine 5-star experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 6am with two young children. To be clear, I had paid for the night before, from the 28th, specifically so that we could check in immediately on arrival in the early hours of the 29th and get a few hours of sleep after travelling. I had also emailed the hotel multiple times in advance to make this clear and received confirmation back. Despite this, we were kept waiting for around an hour at reception while the hotel claimed they did not have rooms available and claimed that because we didn't arrive on 28th they couldn't give us rooms. Claiming the do not do early checks ins. I had to try very hard to explain that we were not checking in early and that I had paid for the night before. Eventually, we were given two rooms, but they were on separate floors, which was far from ideal for a family travelling with young children. But that's not a huge deal. When we finally got into the rooms, one of them was dirty. There were hairs on the floor, and the toilet had previous guest waste still in it. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one being advertised as 5-star. The service continued to be poor throughout the stay. I asked for an iron and was told the hotel did not have one. For a hotel advertised as 5-star, this is frankly unbelievable. I had to escalate the issue and call the manager before an iron was eventually provided. The worst incident happened on our last night. At around 1am, hotel reception called both of our rooms, waking up our young children, because they thought I needed to pay for something. They then asked me to go down to reception in the middle of the night to make a payment, despite the fact they already had my credit card on file.
