Oliva Naxos Apartments

Ampio appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort ed ottimamente arredato. Ottima la pulizia e comodo il balcone dove poter fare colazione. Zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti di auto dalla città. Gradito il fatto di aver trovato il caffè, l'acqua ed una torta all'arrivo. Estrema disponibilità del gestore nell'accoglierci e nel permetterci di lasciare le valige fino alla partenza del traghetto.

Very nice room, modern with all the facilities. Clean and comfortable. In a quiet area, 15 minutes walk to the center of Naxos, 5 minutes by car. Panagiotis was very helpful and kind.

Extra beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable outdoor area is very good . Our host Panos welcomed us with basket of local products ,he was very helpful and nice. When we left he gave us a bottle of local wine from Apeiranthos as goodbye gift. There is a short walk to a very good super market and there is a little bakery close by. Olivia apartments is highly recommended

This accommodation is a true gem. It has everything, very new and very good, for an unforgettable stay on the beautiful island of Naxos. Starting with the communication with the host and the welcome (in person), the large size of the apartment, its beautiful modern-meets-traditional decor, the quality of the sheets and towels, excellent air conditioning, the lovely terrace, the quiet location (located on the outskirts of the capital, a very short drive from the center), ample parking, supermarkets and gas stations within walking distance, etc. And it offers excellent value for money. One of the best apartments I've stayed in in recent years. Looking forward to returning. Although you can walk to the city center, a car is advisable because part of the journey must be on a busy road.

I liked the minimalistic cycladic decoration and the size of the spaces. Moreover the terrace was top especially with kids

The host handed us the keys themselves and explained a bit the area around the accommodation. They provided helpful tips regarding transportation and eating out.

Nothing in particular

For context we were on an island-hopping trip around the Greek islands. Communication with the host was good throughout. We were met on arrival to be shown the apartment and given the key. We arrived by boat and did not realise just how far away the port was (our mistake). It was a difficult walk from the port with luggage. Beautiful, modern and large apartment. We were a family of three and stayed 3 nights. Location was a little bit out of the town, but only 15 minutes normally by foot. There was a good supermarket and bakery close by. The fruitshop at the end of the street ripped us off sadly. Excellent view on the terrace. Very quiet area. The hot-tub was amazing and was the main reason we booked. Good size apartment. You could easily live here. Beds were very comfortable. We felt very safe. Great price for three persons. So much space. I would stay again. The owner organised a hire car for us at short notice for a fantastic price. Many thanks! Washing machine is useful.

We had issues with our hot water on two of the three days. On departure the cleaner said there was a switch we could have turned on when the solar was not strong enough, but we were not told on arrival. A dishwasher would have been nice as the apartment was modern and large enough and there was no draining board for the wet dishes. Also no dishcloths and cleaning tools (sweeping brush / hoover / mop) provided to clean up during our stay, although we were asked if we wanted the apartment cleaned on our second day. On one occasion we turned the hot-tub up so it would be ready upon our return a few hours later (we were careful to turn it down otherwise), but someone came in and turned it down whilst were were out so we had to wait several hours upon our return so it was warm enough to use. One of the air con units (in the lounge), was not working as a heater. Heating in one bedroom worked better than the other. Smart TV's would not connect to the internet.
