Totul! Apartamentul este foarte spațios și luminos, modern, primitor, cu paturi mari și confortabile, bucătărie și baie dotate cu mai mult decât era necesar, incalzire in pardoseală, foarte bine amplasat (9-10 min pe jos de Piața Sfatului), cu parcare. Parca am mai fi stat... dar vom reveni!

Die Wohnung nimmt das gesamte Hochpaterregeschoss ein. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und sind sehr ruhig. Alle Fenster verfügen über Außenjalousinen. Die Lage ist phänomenal, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und von einem großen Busbahnhof entfernt. Für das Einkaufszentrum benötigt man auch nur 10 Gehminuten. Für eine Familie ohne Auto ideal.

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher und es könnte noch Besteck aufgefüllt werden. Die Toilettenspülung im Hauptbad hakelte
