The cottage was lovely and well equipped , it was near filey, and central to other resorts

The settee it could done with one settee and 2 chairs. And being disabled i struggled with the step and bath

A perfectly clean, home from home. Comfortable, quiet and has everything you need. Location is perfect for Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautifully clean. Everyone you need for a holiday even down to a bottle opener. Clean bedding. Washing facilities. A small park for my son. Friendly owners. 5 star stay. Would recommend to anyone. Great value for money.

The rooms were all a good size. The cottage was clean and tidy upon arrival. Nice a quiet location.

This is my 7 year olds comment. Too many spiders 🤣🤣

We absolutely love staying here. Second year in a row and brought grandparents this time too. Location is just 10 mins from the beach. Perfect for the kids with the space to play and the park. Lovely to sit out in the evening. Kitchen facilities are perfect and has everything you could possibly need. Already looking at dates to book again for next summer. Our new annual tradition.
