"Nice & cosy … but cool it down."

Nice & new, super friendly host. Great breakfast with home made cookies!

As everything was brand new, it seems not all installations commissioned & done yet? Or not sized correctly to manage temps? A/C was blowing, but did not seem to work properly as temp in room never below 26c degrees. Impossible to adjust. OK for early June as it got a bit fresher during night and -not minding mosquitoes- slept with open windows. … and for a „strong“ guy mattresses were too soft. But good location, comfy parking , great cookies for breakfast and charming host compensated well … get the a/c running properly and you are up to a top rating next time ;-)

"Perfect spot in Arbatax"

Freshly renovated rooms, friendly staff and really tasty breakfast with local pastries. Coffee machine and fridge in common area at guests' disposal. Location was good, 15 minutes to port, beaches and restaurants.

Francesca was an attentive hostess who served an amazing breakfast. Our immaculate room opened onto a garden with plenty of room to relax.

Nothing, we just wished we booked there for longer !

Very nice rooms in very good style. The owner is nice and prepares a breakfast for you according to what you prefer. All fine, we can recommend this B&B
