BHThe cottage is beautiful, spacious and very well heated. The surrounding area is calm and quiet too. It had everything you would need and want for a perfect getaway. Very clean and well maintained. Georgi the host was super helpful as well and offered to take us himself to visit the Trinity Church and recommended a nice spot for lunch right after The cottage has the perfect view of the Kazbegi mountain, making this booking perfect

When taking shower water was leaking to the washroom floor. Towels were a bit stiff. WiFi becomes slow in a bad weather (telecom company issue perhaps). No proper transportation, I recommend renting a car coming there.
GEAEThe host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and was quick to give us what we needed when we asked to replace our kettle. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect - in fact after visiting Kazbegi we can confidently say that this was the best one in the area.

USThe location was incredible, walking distance to town with several grocery markets and restaurant/cafes. Easy to access hiking trail.
HUINlocation is perfect. it's literally the 2nd last street towards the right of the stepantsminda town, so no obstacles / eye sores in front of the twin chalets. private sections and your very own natural balcony (10-15 feet incline plateau to climb) right in front of the chalet with 2 chairs and a table, to soak in the uninterrupted views of the kazbegi peak, Trinity Church and the Caucasus. Comfortable bedding, ample sitting & chill space, smart tv, fully functional Kitchen with a coffee machine. The single bedroom (duplex) chalet we stayed in (the one on the left while approaching from the street entrance) has 1 bathroom on the lower floor next to that kitchen setup. there are 2 heating radiators on both floors, ensuring the chalet is comfortable enough to walk around in shorts even when it's -7 outside. Super nice owner, Giorgi, very helpful and great with reccomendations. Super markets like Ska, local bakeries and eateries are 7-15 mins walking distance.
