Customer service was good and helpful.

Needs regular maintenance and cleaning to match the rules applied.

Responsive proprietor. They were able to direct their cleaner to come the next day to take care of rubbish, so very responsive. The bed was reasonably comfy.

This was a unique accommodation, sharing kitchen and toilet with other people was a first for us. The other occupants had their own idea of how to use the space, so I had to have a word with the proprietor regarding overflowing rubbish, laundry spread out on heaters, other people's supper preparations left out, hair trimming left in sink. I would have liked a second chair in the bedroom, since there were two of us, and I didn't feel like eating our meals in the commons. It would have been nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed. And it seemed odd there were no electrical outlets near the one night stand, so charging phones was across the room. I was disappointed there was no dish drainer or tea towels to dry dishes.

Unfortunately the other guests didn't respect sleeping time. The bathroom is small and not enough for the amount of people they host.
