Vacanza Static Caravan

Caravan was very clean and welcoming, bed was comfy, all extras you needed eg, toilet roll, washing up cloth, liquid etc. Hand soap and toilet cleaner etc was provided. A very well thought out space, hooks available in appropriate places, mirrors etc

I didn’t find anything to dislike

Clean, comfortable, great location. Even tried to book again whilst here but fully booked. Would definitely come again. Very with all the necessities such as plates, cups and even coffee, tea and sugar

Great stay in the caravan , spotlessly clean ,spacious and really comfortable - bed lovely, and kitchen facilities great Fantastic location in the middle of countryside with easy drive to Settle and especially great for families as playground right in front Communication excellent and easy self lockbox entry

Everything was great

Location, friendly staff, and the site is well maintained. There was plenty of cutlery and plates pots pans.

Would have been nice to have some details of the site on arrival, but the staff at reception were very helpful, so there was not much of an issue. There wasn't a grill pan for the grill.

We were self catering and the kitchen area was well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. We liked the fridge/freezer and the size of the shower room. The caravan was spotlessly clean and there were cleaning materials, plenty of loo rolls, and shower accessories. We could tell it was a privately owned caravan as it was like a home from home. The decorations, cushions, rugs and other items left for our use were a pleasant and useful surprise. Thank you. The site was clean and well organised with a one way system for traffic.

It seemed to take a long time down country lanes to get to Tosside. We arrived early but could not get in until 4.00pm, but after waiting until then, were told we could have got in earlier as it was a private booking. Not what you want to hear! The key had jammed in the lock and after a kind maintenance man helped us enter, it was left up to us to contact the owner and arrange for keys. We also needed a fob key for the barrier, which we were expected to pay for, but my husband refused to pay and he was eventually given one. The owner tried very hard to help us, which we appreciate, but the reception staff were not very helpful and didn't seem interested as the booking was not through them. We had a very comfortable stay. We made sure the caravan and fob key were returned promptly at reception before 10.00am., when we left.

Only the rainstorm and that is not your fault

Everything you could need was provided. Excellent facilities and comfortable bedding. Everything was provided; towels, toilet rolls, cleaning products and even dog bowls.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Location was great . Owners were in good contact as well and met our extra needs .

It was all pretty good to be fair

very pet friendly. pub serving food onsite. staff in reception very good. there is also a pool onsite.
