Riad Latifa

My family and I had a great stay at the riad.It's quite spacious offering 2 en-suite double bedrooms, another bedroom and additional toilet downstairs.Everything exactly like in photos.Everyone had their own floor.We fell in love with the architecture of it.With outside temperature of 33°C inside was very cool and comfortable and even if it offers AC in each room we didn't need to turn them on at all.Washing machine was very useful after all outdoor desert activities we've had.The roof terrace is offering a great view to the city spectacular at night and brilliant for drying clothes in no time.Wi-fi in the riad was very good speed and much needed since arriving from UK we didn't have any(you have to buy and it's not cheap).The whole complex is great with a nice pool area to relax and sun bathe even in November, restaurants were reasonable price and very convenient to have nearby and also with good security.The host Mohamed is very polite,helpful and replies very quick. He was min away when we needed him and are very grateful for everything he did for us.Highly recommended

The only thing is there's no nearby place to exchange currency.Best place to do so is Hotel Ali which is in Medina and you need a taxi to go there but still this has nothing to do with the accommodation so there's no such thing we didn't like

After having a bad experience at Riad Eva, we decided to cut of losses and look for another place to stay. We were lucky enough to find an apartment at Al Qarya Assiyahiya Riad Latifa with a pool for the kids. On arrival Mohammed greeted us and had even offered to pick us up in his personal car. Mohammed was very pleasant and kindly assisted us to our accomodation. I must add it was a very clean and roomy place. My children immediately felt comfortable. There was a TV and two rooms were ensuite. Toilets had a douche which is handy. Great showers.. used the washing machine plenty and put the clothes out to dry on the lovely rooftop. Used the fridge freezer to keep our water bottles cool. AC worked well. There are 3 swimming pools on site, Which do get busy but my children made lots of friends in a secure and safe environment. The site has restaurants, shops, pharmacy, barbers, excursions and a mosque all on site for ease. Jma el fna is a 25 minute walk from here and taxi trip (one way) cost us 70MAD for the 5 of us. Mohammed was very helpful and helped me with a few things. One being a Quad excursion for my son, which he did for me on the same day at a very reasonable price. Younis in the shop where i bought all my regular items is extremely honest and has very fair prices. These are the things that make tourists anxious but Mohamed and younis made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Mohammed for a lovely stay. The site as i said is very secure and i would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely be returning with my family.
