a more pronounced ventilation in the hallway and in the rooms would be good

The location is good, close to the beach and lakes.

Even though I know that it has a traditional look, the bathroom at least, needs to be renovated. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower drain is blocked, the toilet seat is moving, etc...For 55 Euros for 1 night (with discount), I think you can find better places.
