I stayed at this apartment in Trieste for a week. The space is spacious and easily accommodates 4 to 5 people. The apartment is basic but clean and the bathroom is tidy. I personally found the shower fine, but I can imagine a larger person might find it difficult to get in and out of. Unfortunately, my stay was heavily affected by the neighbors above. They were screaming and speaking very loudly, making noise well into the early hours on multiple nights. Footsteps and loud laughter were constant, making it impossible to relax, enjoy meals, or have a conversation without being disturbed. Even when one neighbor shouted at them around 3 a.m., it did not stop the noise. I ended up spending much of my time out and about rather than staying in to avoid the disturbance. I did not see the point in reaching out to the people managing the apartment, as other neighbors mentioned that the landlord and agency do not seem to care. I truly feel for the people who live in the building full-time, as it must be very difficult to endure this level of noise every day. I would consider staying here again only if those particular neighbors were not living or renting the property above, because the apartment itself is fine and well-located. Due to the ongoing noise issues, I would honestly give this experience two stars. The apartment works in terms of space and cleanliness, but the constant disturbances from neighbors make it very hard to enjoy your stay.

- absolutely fantastic location near the city centre (Piazza Unita d´Italia, Canal Grande) and train station Trieste Centrale - nice and clean apartment suitable for 5 guest

- dark rooms, but it does not matter because we were outside all the day

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű lakás, kiváló baráti társaságoknak, 1-3 gyerekes családoknak vagy egy párnak. Kényelmes ágyak (még a kihúzható kanapé is nagyon kényelmes volt). Első emelet, nem kell sokat lépcsőzni. Biztonságos környéknek tűnt, nagyon közel a part (kikötő). 15 perc sétára van strand (szabadstrand messzebb). Kiváló, ha az ember olcsón akár várost nézni. Felesleges autót bérelni, mert minden séta távolságra van. Legfeljebb bicajt ajánlanék.

A konyha kicsit alulfelszerelt. Ami serpenyő és lábas volt, az jó minőségű, de egykét apróságot hiányoltunk, pl hámozó, nagyobb kés húsvágáshoz, vágódeszka, mikró, ilyesmik. Esetleg én egykét extra kukászsákot is beraknék még, hogy lehessen cserélni, ha sok szemete van egy társaságnak. A fürdőszobai kukához volt csere zsák, szóval ez csak a konyhára érvényes. Összességében ezek csak apróságok, az ár érték arány szerintem kiváló

Assez sombre (mais sans importance pour un court séjour quand on passe son temps en extérieur).

The apartment was nice and clean, pretty spacious for a family of three, with enough extra towels, dishes and kitchen utensils. Very close to the city center and a parking area.

Location

Minimal kitchen equipment, a little dark all day because it doesn’t face to sunlight, some things were broken in the bathroom.
