VILLA MOZAY

Firstly I would like to say what a beautiful house, it gives you the feeling that you're on holiday. The property is positioned perfectly within walking distance from the beach and also in safe location.

Unfortunately, my stay was not up to standard. I found dust under the beds, the bathroom reeked of mould we opened the window from the day we got there up until the day we left and the smell was still there, the shower door was off meaning the floor is constantly wet, the kitchen was poorly equipped with broken pans and blunt cooking utensils, the remotes batterys were all dead, there are building materials in the garage. Overall, it seems like the house is not being maintained properly, which affected the comfort of my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Location, open plan kitchrn/lounge and entertainment area.

The house wasn't clean enough. Poor quality utensils and crockery. Not enough cooking equipment. Very thin comforters which were used as duvets in winter season. No washing line at all. Paint blistering on the walls due to water damage. Drain smell in the family bathroom. Upholstery very worn and not clean.

The owners was very helpful, best at communicating and always willing to help.

.. Its winter so the place was very cold.. Im sure summer its perfect.

We loved everything, every room just Everything was so conveniently located. Worth every penny. A truly beautiful place and the owner Anthea was very helpful and considerate. Always there when you need her. Thank you Villa Mozay 🙏 we will be back 😊

We had small issues like the pool board sticks were broken, the gas ran out on Saturday around 8pm and the electricity ran out Sunday morning. BUT the owners were very helpful in ways they could be and also allowed us to stay a bit longer for the little inconveniences that took place. The cleaner did not tell them the gas was little and the electricity as well so they thought all was in order as they depend on her to do those things as they do not stay close by to attend to these matters. It was an amazing stay other than that. Very beautiful and great for families.

The property was clean and very comfortable. A Perfect getaway house.
