Pondok loji villa

OVER AND ABOVE... Tbh, I never stayed here. Somehow, the apartment was double booked despite it being available on the app. I was very concerned as I had already paid for 4 days. Fortunately, the host reached out to me immediately to notify me of the problem and tried to assist me to find a solution. She went over and above to help me, calling different apartments in the area to check availability. Eventually, I found another apartment and the host drove to meet me and give me back my money in cash (despite them only receiving monies from Booking.com days after checkout) What I thought was going to be a nightmare was a beautiful illustration of the hosts integrity and compassion. I was blown away by the lengths she went to rectify a problem that was caused by Booking.com. Booking.com on the other hand, was absolutely useless and responded days later.

The hosts are so lovely and attentive. The breakfast is amazing ( the hosts will make anything you ask) -the banana pancakes are amazing, we had them nearly every day. The host came to the villa to make everything, honestly they are so nice and even clean the dishes after you have eaten. Anything you need you can contact the host and they will be happy to help. The room smells so nice and is clean. The bed is so comfortable and you get two plump comfy pillows each. Massive bath which is so nice to relax in, plus the shower provides instant hot water and has different settings. The pool is fabulous - so nice to chill in and a great size. The loungers next to the pool are very comfortable and come with a parasol if you want shade which is great. All the linen smells lovely and is very clean The hosts will clean everyday if you want and will provide you with everything you need. They have shampoo and body wash along with dental kits and shower caps if you need them. The water dispenser is great - it provides instant cold and hot drinking water. The kitchen is stocked with so many different types of teas you can use for free. They also have coffee, sugar, creamer and other condiments which were so nice to have. The area is really quiet amongst the rice fields which is nice to relax in. The place isn’t accessible by car, but is by scooter and it isn’t far from the main road 5min walk if you wanted to get a grab or Gojek, this makes the location quieter which was a massive plus for us. Also you don’t have to worry about getting to the villa from the main road with your bags as the hosts will come and collect you and your bags on scooters ( I felt very safe on the scooter) I would 110% return here. We liked it so much we ended up staying for 2 weeks instead of 1 week. Also the place looks exactly like the pictures so chic and clean
