"Great location, but property could be better maintened and has some issues."

The location is great—right next to the sea and a perfect starting point to explore the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. The restaurant is just next to the vila. Dedicated parking space.
Some of the euipment is outdated and not well maintained. There were only 4 of us, so we stayed in the 1st floor, which was ok, However you don't want to stay in the underground rooms, which are wet, smelly and without windows. The neighboring villa has blinking lights on the palm trees all night, which was quite annoying. We also had trouble checking out. The host didn’t show up on time to return the deposit, so we were stuck waiting even though we wanted to leave early.

Great location on the beach. Nice design. Beautiful sea view. The was clean and had all the required facilities. Pet friendly. The owners left us water and breakfast(butter, marmelade, coffe)
On the day of our arrival we where asked for 300 euro guarantee which where returned at checkout. Ideally this info should be included in the description. The nearest supermarket is 15 min drive.

Everything was perfect! 🏡✨ Very nice villa, perfect location, quiet and peaceful. 😌 The host was super friendly and humble. The villa was equipped with everything you might need. 👍 Definitely a great place for a family or group of friends. 👨👩👧👦👭👬
