Nothing , it was a little cold but the host sorted this out quickly and efficiently after I mentioned it.

Charlotte was a really really lovely host. The property was located in a quiet village there are a few public houes within a couple of miles that do food. The closest one is a 2 minute walk away. Charlottes house is stunning, very stylish and classy. A good night's sleep in a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. This was a last minute booking for a mid way overnight stop for us, on a long journey home after a holiday in Devon. We feel lucky to have found such a Gem. This was the icing on the cake for us at the end of our week away.

Although we were free to go to the kitchen for drinks it felt strange not having hot drinks facilities in the room. Having a TV or radio in the room would of been nice but it's not that important.

The welcome was exceptional. Charlotte is a lovely host. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was lovely.

There was nowhere to hang any clothes and no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Charlotte makes a mean BLT and Otto the spaniel is lovely. Good location, lovely light room, with house martins on tap, what not to like. Everything pristine.

Charlotte is a wonderful host. Our arrival was delayed but she waited for us until after midnight. In the morning we were served with an excellent breakfast. We had a very peaceful stay at Maple House and would book it any time again!

Maple House was extremely clean and very well presented.

Generally everything was great. We haven’t stayed in many B&B’s lately so I’m not sure if the rooms usually have a tv, but it wasn’t really an issue.

Maple House is a beautiful place to stay. We had a very comfortable, quiet, spacious bedroom. There is an excellent bathroom and powerful shower. Off road parking at the side of the house. Charlotte was a delightful host and made us feel at home. Charlotte has a wonderfully friendly spaniel, who will make you most welcome and especially loves tummy rubs! A lovely breakfast awaits you in the morning. Highly recommended.
