Rooms are clean and spacious

My room was on second floor, no elevator, the staircase is completely outside of the building and there is no way escaping the rain, while carrying luggage upstairs. Even though the room is non smoking, all over across the entire hotel environment is smoking and so it stinks.

Chambre pas propre, toilette sale ,miroir avec avec dans trace de saleté, chaise noir de saleté, les portes aussi et le fonds du bain et n'avais pas d'eau chaude, lit qui craque

No kettle/tea making facilities

Der TV hat nicht funktioniert, bei einer Nacht ok. Das Wifi war sehr schleppend. Dreckige Handtücher und Kissen mit Haaren gehen gar nicht. Der Kühlschrank war unfassbar laut, wir haben ihn nachts abgestellt.
