PLPerfect apartment! There was everything you needed!
GBЦе було супер, властниця нецмовірна. Апартаменти відмінні і є власний двір незалежний від сусідів. А саме головне до моря реально 2 хв. 150м. Максимум. І ще мені потрібно було поселення раніше ну як раніше в ночі і мені пішли на зустріч я аж закохався у власницю)))) РЕКОМЕНДУЮ НЕПОЖАКУЄТЕ .
Хвилі на морі але море як чай тепле-тепле Хочу повернутись і обовязково це зроблю)))

ITL'appartamento pulito,curato nei minimi particolari la vicinanza al mare. E l'accoglienza di Sara ❤️ci torneremo sicuramente.
CHNos ha gustado todo. Sobre todo la buena energia que se siente apenas entras a la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia, tienes todo lo necesario para una maravillosa estadia.. Se puede llevar al perro, eso para nosotros es muy importante. Sara la anfitriona es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar a toda hora.
DEUnser Urlaub im KoruHouse war wunderbar. Sara, die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit einem Obstteller überrascht. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war ausreichend für uns zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Sogar ein kleiner abgeschlossener Hof gehörte dazu, so dass die Kinder alleine dort spielen konnten. Auch eine Grillstelle, Sitzecke, Hängematte und ein Schaukelsessel befinden sich dort. Freundlicher Weise hat Sara uns auch zwei Strandliegen, einen Sonnenschirm und ein Surfbrett zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir mit an den nahe gelegenen Strand nehmen konnten.
Leider war kein Geschirrspüler und nur wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich ganz am Ende des Ortes. Wenn man Gaststätten, Geschäfte oder geschäftliches Treiben erleben will, muss man 3km in den Ortskern laufen, oder die öffentlichen Busse nutzen, denn die zahlreichen Parkplätze im Zentrum sind meist belegt. Der Strand ist öffentlich, Liegen oder Strandschirme werden nicht direkt dort vermietet, sondern erst knapp 1km weiter Richtung Zentrum (aber mit den Liegen von Sara auch nicht nötig). Der Strand ist goldfarben und ausschließlich aus Sand. Muscheln sind nur sehr wenige zu finden, dafür sehr viel Müll. Deutsche Touristen sind in der Region kaum bis gar nicht anzutreffen, dafür fast nur Italiener 😉
ESWe liked everything very much. We travel a lot but this apartment was just really wonderful. The hostess is really, really friendly, always in touch, the apartment is two steps from the sea, the location is wonderful, everything was really wonderful. I usually don't leave comments. But this time I decided to leave one because everything was great. Many thanks to the hostess for her hospitality.
ITLa casa è stata ristrutturata di recente (c'è la mano di un buon architetto ), ben arredata, funzionale e comodissima al mare. Luminosa, spaziosa. Munita di giochi di società, di teli mare, .. A disposizione c'è anche il cortile di pertinenza, ulteriore piacevole aggiunta per godersi privacy e libertà all'aperto; puoi parcheggiarvi. Trovi anche gli ombrelloni e i lettini che puoi utilizzare per la spiaggia libera, a due passi ; spiaggia pulita e ben frequentata. La proprietaria non può essere più disponibile . Ci ha fatto trovare in frigorifero anche acqua fresca , ghiaccioli e uno splendido vassoio di frutta. Il tutto a nostra disposizione. Si è prodigata per fornirci qualsiasi informazione le avessimo chiesto. Gentili anche i vicini di casa.
Volendo cercare qualcosa , si può dire che sia un poco distante dal centro del paese che dista un paio di km. Per quanto mi riguarda però è un pregio, perché dona tranquillità all'ambiente esterno, meno traffico e più libertà ; non trovi calca in spiaggia . Hai comunque bar, ristoranti, alimentari a portata di mano. Se vuoi ti fai una passeggiata verso il centro, altrimenti usi l'auto, tanto non hai problemi di parcheggio !!
FII had such an amazing stay in the most beautiful KORU-house in Torvaianica. Every single detail was on the spot. Clean house and decorated with the talented eye. The bed felt like a cloud and I slept like a baby in it. Sara is such a great host; so helpful, thoughtful and a warm person. Communication in English from the first enquiry was 💯 If you are looking for a quiet place that will exceed your expectations, you can't go wrong with KORU. I can only recommend it from my heart.
Public transportation at March was a bit challenging but manageable. Host helped a lot to find the best options to travel around 🙏
