Location is brilliant — truly 10/10, paradise. But sadly, that’s the start and the end of it. The property itself is old, neglected, and misleadingly presented.

We paid €3690 for 5 nights at Milos AquaBliss Beachfront Villas. UThe location is brilliant — truly 10/10, paradise. But sadly, that’s the start and the end of it. The property itself is old, neglected, and misleadingly presented. Bathrooms: • Bathroom 2 is unbelievable: the toilet is literally inside the shower. Every shower leaves the toilet soaked - it’s essentially a giant bidet, and it’s as bad as it sounds (see photos). • Water pressure is almost non-existent and hot water unreliable. • Bathroom 1: shower door opens the wrong way, and there’s a window with no privacy screen facing the entry - anyone walking through the front door can see inside. • Toiletries are cheap, inconsistent between bathrooms, and not restocked. Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: no bedside lamp (we used an outdoor solar lamp), one dim downlight, minimal natural light. • Bedroom 2: only one bedside table (we dragged a side table from the lounge to compensate), one usable power point on just one side of the bed, a single bedside lamp, and no proper hangers (just one wire and two flimsy plastic ones). Maintenance & upkeep: • Daily cleaning is not included. It was explained as being done “every 2–3 days on demand,” which meant towels were not refreshed unless we specifically asked. When we did request it, service was provided — but only because we asked. • The “laundry room” (even though a washing machine is listed as an amenity) was locked. When we asked for the key, it turned out to be a messy supply cupboard, and we were told not to touch anything except the machine. • Kitchen ceiling light didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite being reported. • Back door to the beach sticks badly and makes a loud noise every time it opens. • The front patio had broken plaster boards and building scraps dumped there (see photos). • The ironing board was literally held together with an elastic tie (see photo).

We stayed in a very nice home right on the beach/dock. Beautiful view of the little harbour of Pollonia. You can swim right from the dock or walk down the road and go to the beach. Our favorite spot for excellent snorkeling is behind the home, look up Noon Beyond Accomodation and take the alley way towards the water. Gorgeous spot! Host of the home is very responsive. We were greeted upon arrival and were shown the home: Spotless and comfortable. Make sure they leave the washer machine room open in case you want to wash clothes. Two bedrooms are in the home, the 3rd is outside the front door, with key, own fridge, bathroom etc. super comfortable but maybe not handy in case you are traveling with small children and you want all bedrooms to be in the main house. In the evening it's a nice short stroll to the town where you can have delicious food right at the water. We are a vegan family and even we found a lot of great food.

More shade for the terrace. Suggestion to build a gazebo while it's often too windy for the umbrella and put some sunbeds underneath.

The view of the bay was beautiful and everything we needed was within walking distance. The villa is lovely and very clean. The property manager was available for anything we needed and responded quickly to any questions.

What was not to like! The location was amazing, right on the water with direct access to a small sand beach area for swimming. Walkable to the main restaurant and shopping area. The villa was spacious and had all the required amenities. We especially loved the balcony area with umbrella. Perhaps a more permanent shading structure will take it to the next level. (And might be helpful when windy) Sheets and towels were crisp and clean. John was attentive and gave us the run down of the area when we checked in and was attentive with any queries.

A warm welcome and your upon arrival. A waterfront property with direct access to a small pebbly beach between boats on a gorgeous bay. Simply the most accommodating and kind host I've ever had. This place was worth every penny and better than expected. Highly recommend.

The beach area could have been cleaned more to get rid of the sharp prickles from the beautiful tree. Access to a beach umbrella would have been great too! Thankfully, I solved the latter for all new renters by leaving one behind!
