Clean and friendly staff

Breakfast was mid and 1 hour from town

Breakfast was alright. And the rooms were super clean. The facility itself is quite beautiful. The team I met on ground was really sweet and kind.

However, the communication was terrible. I had to call so many times and was told they'd get back to me about simple things like an airport pickup but the answers came so late. They literally confirmed the airport pickup when I was already in an Uber leaving the airport and I had to get out of the Uber to connect with their driver. Even though I had called many times including before boarding and they had not confirmed a driver. That was frustrating. Also, the internet worked for like one hour and then stopped. They promised to fix it but didn't.

The receptionist(Ms.Theresia) was nice and very welcoming. She was also professional.

The Internet connection had a lot of connectivity disruptions. The receptionist needs support from other workers, especially the hotel management. Breakfast is not that good as it needs improvements. It lacks fruits. The rooms lack some amneties and toiletries. And some rooms get faulty working electricity plugs. We found cockroaches in the rooms as well. They also need to work on their food menu because the food we ordered from the menu, the chef couldn't prepare.
